Rancho Santa Margarita is one of OC's most meticulously planned communities, built around a 2-acre lake and a system of interconnected trails, parks and village centers in the Saddleback Valley. HOA management is active and specific: every move requires a COI, most communities restrict moves to weekday hours or designated weekends, and some village centers have loading-only zones that require advance coordination.
