Website prices and calculator results are planning estimates. Binding rates are confirmed in your written quote before move day. Hourly moves are billed at the quoted rate with a 3-hour minimum plus California-required double drive time (CPUC). The quoted rate does not change on move day.
Basic released valuation of $0.60 per pound per article is included at no charge, as required by California law. Full-value protection is available for purchase before the move. Damage claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery; we respond to all claims within 30 days of receipt.
Customers are responsible for: accurate inventory disclosure at quoting, packing of items not packed by our crew, securing or disclosing items of extraordinary value (over $100/lb), and arranging building access where we have not been asked to do so.
Hazardous materials (propane, gasoline, solvents, fireworks), perishables on long-distance moves, and live animals. We recommend personally transporting jewelry, cash, documents and medications.
Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours before your scheduled window. Within 48 hours, a fee equal to one hour of your quoted rate applies.
Payment is due upon completion of the move by card, cash or Zelle. A card hold may be required for same-day bookings.
