Best Movers LA ("we," "us") operates https://bestmoversla.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you request a quote we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email, origin and destination ZIP codes, and move details. We also collect standard server analytics (pages visited, browser type, approximate location from IP) to understand how the site is used.
We use your information solely to prepare quotes, schedule and perform moving services, and communicate with you about your move. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Quote form submissions are processed by our form provider and delivered to our email. Calls and texts to (213) 676-9460 are handled by our phone carrier. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.
Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months for follow-up and record-keeping, then deleted. You may request deletion earlier at any time.
Under the CCPA, California residents may request to know, correct or delete personal information we hold. Email bestmoverslaoffice@gmail.com and we will respond within 45 days. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
